“Got Kids? Feeding them Veggie? In Florida that makes you a Criminal.

Find out why and what you can do about it.”

An innocent Florida family has been convicted of child neglect and sentenced to 15 years probation for feeding their kids a raw, vegan diet. Their case is on appeal to the US Supreme Court and we can help them set the record strait and set a new standard for the health of our children in the future.

The courts themselves are on record as being in conflict with each other in this case. The criminal court ruled for 15 years probation for feeding the children a raw vegan diet while at the same time the family court ordered the children be placed on a raw food diet with soy.  In the family court all the radiological reports and blood tests performed by the State of Florida on behalf of the prosecutor came back normal. The judge even said, “The state didn’t prove their case against the Anderson’s” and that’s why he placed the children on a raw food diet with soy.

We have a chance to support the Andressohn’s as they take this case to the Supreme Court and set a precedent for parent’s rights to choose their child’s diet.

If you can help fund their defense (and yours) mail a check to:

On behalf of the Andressohn family and all parents who wish to feed their children a healthy diet, Thank you very much for your support.

This is frightening considering how unhealthy children & adults are on the standard mainstream diet. It makes for some interesting case law that could possibly help turn the tables on who should actually be prosecuted.

How the heck would the gov. know if the kids were eating the soy or not?

You do realize those parents neglected their child and did not get that child any medical care. The child was born at 6.5 lbs and at 6 months weighed 7 lbs. A normally fed child would be expected to weight close to 14 lbs. They never once took this child to a doctor. They were acquited of murder but they were convicted of neglect. They neglected the child to the point where the child is NOW DEAD. It has nothing to do with there diet but everything to do with neglecting your children.

you might want to do more research b/c the child weight about 13 pounds at 5month or 7kg. plus the child was not expected to live more than 2 months since she had a birth defect and born without a thymus gland. the family eats a healthy raw vegan diet and i have seen her and the kids. all healthy happy and enjoying life. if you want to talk neglect blame the police for preventing them to go to the hospital and not be there for their child.

The Andressohn’s story is really about politics and law enforcement. I am happy to hear that they were acquitted of murder. Such oppressive law enforcement will also take measures to press charges against parents who opt to not get their children vaccinated. I prefer less government interference in my personal affairs.

“Life was grand until one fateful day, May 15, 2003. The Andressohns’ fifth child, 51ž2-month-old daughter, Woyah, who at birth was diagnosed with DiGeorge Syndrome was having problems breathing. The Andressohns immediately called 911 for help. The ambulance arrived with the local police.”

“Being entirely unfamiliar with a living food lifestyle the officers questioned the Andressohns at the scene. Due to the officers ignorance of a live food nutritional lifestyle, they jumped to conclusions and suspected parental neglect, and held the parents for further questioning, forbidding them to go to the hospital to be with their ailing child. “
